Sushi Tuesday, Michael’s roll @ How Do You Roll?
Okay, you all know I go to How Do You Roll? at the Triangle. I’ve recently started asking the guys and gals who work there to make their favorite roll.
This is spicy tuna, cucumber, avocado and strawberries on white rice in a traditional roll. There’s crunch on top with spicy mayo and I think chili sauce and the chili powder dusted over it all. I am not normally a proponent of fruit on my sushi but the point of this experiment is to try something outside of my box. Something they like.
It was delicious. The play between the strawberry and spice was drool worthy. I scarfed it down embarassingly quick. This is a great start. I’m excited for my next visit.
