Last meal and the beginning of a 40-ish day water* fast
Ice cream and bananas. MMMMMM BANANAS.
Anyway, starting a water fast later tonight. Doing a bath with some sea salts, a water cleanse, a weight check, quick cleanse in about an hour and then SLEEP. I’ll probably be ordering a glass water bottle sometime within—right now— okay just bought it.
Nice huh? Mom has one and a few people around campus have them too, though not in that color. I want the cleanest water I can possibly have for myself. Eeee, I’m excited. You can click on the image and it’ll take you to Amazon, where I got it. (Promotion for Amazon.)
I’ll be drinking a liter of salt water soon, after I read some stuff. I hate the salt water part. D:
Within my fasting dates planned I have the issue of my birthday and that celebration. I’ll probably treat myself to a smoothie of some sort. I may even eat. Depends on the crowd that night.
I generally like to drink tea during my water fasts because when you don’t add sugar or honey and all that jazz, tea is pretty freakin’ delicious.
I’m also set to read the hell out of some books and get some writing done. I love you all, I still need to read a couple of passages for my English class, so I’ll head out. Message me, email me, ask me whatever, I try to reply and follow reblog conversations.
